I had an incredible experience at the Belvedere restaurant located on the top floor of the eponymous hotel in Brasov. This establishment deserves a solid 5-star rating without a doubt. The view from this place is simply breathtaking. In the evening, the city lights create a mesmerizing spectacle, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. The ambiance alone is worth a visit. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the Tuna Steak with grilled vegetables, and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was impressive. The chefs here clearly know their craft, and it shows in every bite. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the pricing. Given the prime location and the quality of food and service, the prices were quite reasonable. In summary, Belvedere offers an all-around fantastic dining experience. From the stunning cityscape to the delectable dishes and fair prices, it's a must-visit in Brasov. I'll definitely be returning soon.
