Ordered 4 pizzas online from Pizzium through Tazz, payed by card, waiting for 2.5h, the man from Pizzium stated on Tazz that my order was supplied, but never came. Called the restaurant, barelly answering, asking me to wait for other half an hour, because the statement was wrong. Don't recommend at all.

We were on our way back from Brašov to Serbia and the place seemed just as good enough to have a dinner and enjoy a long ride break. Until the payment part came. As we didn’t have enough LEI we wanted to pay in euros. The receipt was 61 LEI in total. They said that’s 14 euros. I was okay with the exchange as I understand they need to earn some money so I said the waitress to count 15 and give me back 35 euros. She came back with 50 euros in LEI (somewhere about 4.4 exchange rate for 1€) saying they don’t have euros. As we didn’t need LEI knowing that in 1h we’re going to be back to our county which accepts only €, I said we’re going to pay by card. As she already made a fiscal receipt, she said we couldn’t do that. Luckily, my partner found 20€ somewhere hidden and I said they could give me back 6€ in LEI. And guess what, I got back 24 LEI (4 LEI for 1€). Having in mind that an exchange rate was at minimum 4.85 LEI per € in exchange office, this was a rip off at its worst for such a small amount of money. In Serbia we have a culture of tipping even if the food or service are not that great . They would’ve got more money in tips than they took by themselves as the waitress was super nice and the food was okay. This way they just made me leave a bad review making people aware of how wrong was this behavior. We are frequent visitors of Timisoara but this experience was rather a disaster. I would have never ever recommended this place to tourists nor to locals. Everything can be done in two ways: transparent or by stealing and now we know how it’s done in this place. I hope the waitress will find better employers because she seemed as a decent girl (I think the blonde woman is in charge of the place or so because she seemed experienced). However, I really hope that people will understand one day that they can get more by just being normal human beings. Casa del Amore is far away from House of Love. Shame on you.

Vi se pare ok Bufala e basilico ? Mie nu. Sos in exces, nu sta nicicum, inmuiata rau. Coaja e foarte densa, nu se poate manca. Branza nu pare a fi bufala, e putina si a fost gătită din start, nu adăugată la final. Eu am mai mancat de la ei de multe ori, si am fost mulțumit. Dar asta de azi, inacceptabil. Nu am putut manca mai mult de jumate din ea.

Blat uscat, mai să îți rupi dinții în el. Judecați după poze: pizza mortadella și desert livrat care nu coincide cu ce s-a comandat. Prima și ultima comandă aici!
