Good food and serving. However, mid-way through our dinner, the place turned into a temporary club. Loud music and some girls dancing. It was really annoying since you could not hear each other while it lasted.

Food was average, bellow the price level (the lamb meat had a LOT of fat in it). Service was very slow 🐌 took them 45 minutes to come take the order and the place still had empty tables.

We rented the restaurant for an event, and it was definitely the best choice we could have made! The food was extraordinary, with so many options to try. The staff was helpful, well prepared and engaging. They were friendly with our guests, always taking care of them and making sure everyone was happy with their service. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the lights, music, the bar, and everything else. Music and entertainment was provided with the help of the restaurant manager Robert. It was everything we wanted and more !

Mâncare extraordinară dar personal extrem de nesimțit. I: Cât mai durează comanda. R: 10 min. După 25 de minute nici nu se apucaseră de ea.

Poor service, food took more than 1 hour to come with waiters seemingly not caring. Food is average at best, but extremely expensive. Atmosphere 0 to none. Cherry on top: a part of the terrace caught on fire and we had to evacuate without even finishing the mains we waited for more than 1 hour. The 2 star review doesn't even take into consideration the fire as this is your typical super expensive place which is nowhere near expectations. Otherwise, it would have been a 0.

Great food and service. The staff truly cares about your experience; they were friendly and attentive. From the starter to the dessert, the quality and taste of everything were spot on.

A very tasty lunch (no pictures unfortunately). We were 3 people and have ordered Adana, Adana pide and Iskender. For appetizer, we had hummus and for drinks 2 glasses of wine, one bottle of water, a lemonade, 2 cappuccino and 1 turkish tea. It costed 400 lei. Only 4 stars because they didn't have chicken Iskender and no Red wine by the glass. The service was fast an precise, but there were only a few tables with customers. I reccomend it, but pay attention that most of the dishes are spicy and don't indulge on appetizers as the main dishes are quite big. Enjoy!

Dacă as putea, n-as da nicio stea pentru servire! Chelnerii se băteau, se înjurau ca la usa cortului.. pentru ca erau prea Ocupați cu bătaia, au uitat sa ne aducă și mâncarea.. măcar mâncarea avea un gust bun.. ce sa zic, te duci sa mănânci in oras și sa te relaxezi și vezi ca se iau chelnerii la bătaie lângă tine. Și nu înțeleg de când ne tutuim.. chelneri-clienți. Dezgustător! 👎🏼👎🏼

The food is very tasty, but we had to wait too much for it to come, like almost an hour after we ordered it. The atmosphere was nice, but it was really crowded at 4 o' clock in the afternoon.

Divan:Nu doar ca este cel mai frumos restaurant din București dar este și cel mai vizitat.Reprezinta primul popas al turistilor și o opțiune excelenta pentru localnicii pasionați de bucătăria tradițională Turceasca.Interiorul spectaculos,preparatele traditionale,ambianta și reprezentatiile artistice îl fac nr 1 ca recomandare.Dincolo de atmosfera turceasca,restaurantul a cucerit cât mai multe segmente de consumatori care le calcă zilnic pragul.Recomand cu drag și încredere
