Nota 10 pentru restaurant. Mancarea foarte ok. În schimb am fost foarte dezamăgită de camera.( personalul de la curatenie ar trebui sa-si faca treaba mai bine).

Stayed here for 5 nights from 29th - 3rd of October on an escorted tour of Transylvania. On first impression the hotel looked nice and modern, the glass elevator was impressive, the lobby was clean and staff were helpful. However the rooms were dirty, unhygienic and missing some essentials. We changed rooms 3 times and finally settled on the third, the best out of a bad lot and still not without issues. Cons - -Filthy dirty stained carpets. -Stained mattress protectors with hairs all over. -Blood splattered curtains and carpet. -Some form of oil puddled on the desk. -Grubby bathroom and shower, hair on toilet seat and hairdryer. -Air conditioning didn't work for the whole 5 days, rooms were unbearably hot. Despite being reported it was never fixed. -Fan didn't work in bathroom at all. When asked if it could be fixed was told they don't work. -Curtains didn't meet in the middle. -No kettle in some rooms. When kettle was requested they didn't have a spare one, was told to go to restaurant for hot water up to 11 pm. -Cups weren't changed for 5 days, had to wash them in the bathroom sink. -Tea trays were stocked only occasionally. -Double rooms only had one robe and one pair of slippers for two people. -Elevators didn't work independently at times resulting in empty elevators passing by leaving people standing waiting. -Coffee machines at breakfast kept breaking down. -No designated smoking area off street, you stand outside the hotel entrance. -Restaurant was ok but there's nicer cheaper places to eat in the centre. Pros - -Large array of food and drinks for breakfast. -Short walk to city centre. -Friendly staff. -Beautiful views. -Quiet area. -Free WiFi. Overall we wouldn't choose to stay here again, hygienically it is not up to standard and the electrics seem to be completely wired wrong. The entire building could do with an update inside. It certainly isn't a 4 star hotel.

I would strongly recommend the golden tulip. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the town square. The staff are very friendly and have excellent English which is great as I don't have a word of romanian. The rooms are also very spacious and clean

Lovely hotel. Very good breakfast. Hotel and rooms very clean. Would have given 5 stars except air-conditioning in rooms seemed to be over-ridden and rooms were stifling hot. Complained to staff but to no avail.

I really like this hotel, people are very nice and they helped me a lot, rooms were really beautiful the location is very good with nice view on city.

Camera este spatioasa, dar avand in vedere pretul pe care il cer nu se justifica! Am fost impreuna cu sotul, halat de baie am primit doar unul, am ales in mod special baia cu cadă și hidromasaj care nu a functionat! Sigurul plus la aceasta camera a fost privelistea! Mobila din camera este de moda veche, avand in vedere ca este un hotel de 5 stele! Imi pare rau ca am ales acest hotel! Serviciile pe care le ofera nu iși justifica banii pe care ii platesti! Cu siguranță nu o sa mai alegem acest hotel! A fost o dezamăgire!

It is just a perfect place to stay. You get the service and the facility, which you would expect from a real professional hotel business. Nothing was missing in rooms and everywhere was clean. I will definetely stay here again while my next trip to Sibiu.
