Quite decent Hotel. Just the location at a loud and busy street might not be ideal for sleep ;) The service was always super friendly.

Great location and large rooms. The breakfast buffet was also OK. Check-in and check-out was very easy. However, there were several problems: - The rooms are never clean, although the cleaners are constantly inside. My room was full of other people's hair and there was some garbage left from previous guests. I had no "do not disturb" sign for the door, so whenever I left the room, cleaners would come in. They threw out some of my papers and food that I had purchased. - The rooms are very, very loud. I was woken up very early by other guests or cleaners because there is a gap under the door of the room. Every night and early morning there would be loud talking outside of my door, so it was hard to sleep. - The bathrooms are ok, but not clean, and the shower leaked. There was no hot water unless you turned on the faucet of the sink at the same time. Overall the hotel was acceptable (mostly because it is a great location), but it felt unclean and loud.

Am așteptat 40 minute pentru o porție de sarmale deși erau preparate. 45 lei și o sticlă de apă potabilă 12 lei și un pic

Hotel has some outdated furniture in rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is simply divine. Breakfast is very plentiful. The pool is not available. The gym is poor. The outside terrace and the blues bar more than make up for gym and pool. A great 2 week stay.

Locatie centrala foarte bine pozitionat, curatenie si servire impecabile, personal amabil, sunt ceva ani de cand ne cazam la acest hotel, foarte multumiti, vom mai reveni. Succes mai departe.

Hotel bun situat în centrul Ploieștiului, aproape de muzee, teatru, biserici vechi etc.
