It is the first time that I have been to Romania in Baia Mare and went for lunch there with family. There was a nice lady Aurica, who served us. She really took care of us specially my little one. She has exceeded my expectations and got great customer service. Wonderful time at the restaurant which was affordable and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend. Well done Aurica and to the other lady, who was at the bar as well, sorry did not ask about your name. Thank you for taking care of us, even though we did not speak any Romanian. Keep up the great work. J

Camera cu mobilier vechi și degradat, baia cu un miros de canalizare, neventilata, dus multifuncțional defect, în schimb mâncarea foarte bună

Desi mobilierul este vechi, camerele sunt bine dotate, curatenie. Mic dejun foarte slab, fara varietate, o singura persoana pentru servire si debarasare, complet depasita de situatie ( posibil sa fi avut eu ghinion, un grup mare de turisti a servit masa concomitent). Locatie buna.

Receptia este interesanta ca arhitectura, camerele sunt relativ ok iar personalul se straduieste sa-si faca treaba. E loc de imbunatatiri in toate dar per ansamblu impresia este una pozitiva.

Hotel fără parcare!!! Normal ca am plecat in alta parte după 10 minute de căutat un loc liber

Camera relativ ok, prea încărcată cu mobilier. Fără acces la o priza pt încărcare telefon. Mic dejun bogat și variat. Personal amabil.

M-am simtit extraordinar, camera a fost curata, baia la fel. Personalul prietenos. Nu am nimic sa le reproșez. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

The location is excellent, including a private parking lot (although several locals seem to use it, since it is not restricted in any way). The furniture in the room is quite old, it could definitely use an upgrade. Although everything seems to be old, it is relatively well maintained. The service is good, all employees we met were very polite and helpful. The biggest problem we've faced was the hot water (or the absence of it): on Sunday morning I've spent more than 20 minutes trying to get a shower, without success. For some reason we were unable to obtain any hot (or even warm) water. Please fix it, this is really unacceptable in the 21th century. Breakfast is OK, with good variety. Special bonus: several VIP neighbors, including dance sports world champions and national TV stars.
