We have eaten here a few times before and never had a problem Atmosphere is nice, staff are ok but this time the "papanaş" was really very hard to eat, not at soft as before. I think it was still frozen to be fair. A bit disappointed about this 😕

After three opportunities I decided not to go back to this restaurant. The food is not good, and when I say not good I mean fritto misto is made with fried mussels and frozen fried OLD calamari rings ( it’s noticeable when food have been frozen for a long time), the sauce they put with it is even worst (a sort of teriyaki-ketchup). I left most of the food on my plate and nobody was interested in knowing the reason. I have decided to give you a star because there was a nice waitress, however the rest of them are like statues smoking at the door between the inside and the outside of the restaurant, any thing you ask them seems for them like a terrible effort. This is the third time I come here, and I never had a good experience, I only went there for others. Now I have decided to write this review in order to make you aware of the situation. The most important thing for a business is customer satisfaction. I hope they realise that someday.

Atmosfera este frumoasa, locatia este perfectă. Servirea rareori lasă de dorit dar se întâmpla. Mâncarea este buna dar nu impresionată.

Am așteptat mai mult de o ora, după ce ni s-a luat comanda, să ni se aducă mancarea, timp în care niciun chelner nu ne-a întrebat dacă e totul în regula, nu au observat ca noi nu ne-am primit mancarea. Am chemat noi un chelner sa întrebam ce se întâmplă și ne-a spus ca bucatarul a uitat de comanda noastră. Am primit doar scuze, nicio încercare de a-si repara greșeală. Alexandra, cea care ne-a luat comanda, nici măcar nu si-a cerut scuze!!!! Ne-a luat farfuriile fără sa spună nimic. Înțeleg ca bucătarul poate a greșit, dar sa nu observi ca ai clienți care nu și-au primit mancarea mi se pare a fi servire de foarte proastă calitate.

Extremely bad service. We waited over an hour for our food, and we didn't even get an apology from our waiter, nor any complementary food or drink to make up for it. The waiter, Alexandra, was rude and didn't even say goodbye or hello. The food was tasteless. I ate a fish that was not properly cooked and some grilled vegetables that were not salted at all. Most definitely not worth the money. An embarrassing experience with foreign guests.

Used to come for the Coandi restaurant, we were here for the belly soup - ciorba de burtă. The restaurant is now called Kril and has Lebanese specialties and mostly foreign waiters, who have difficulty speaking Romanian but are very kind. The taste of the food has become internationalized and the former atmosphere, for those who rarely pass by, can be seen to have changed. To know what you will get when you order something, you have to ask until it becomes clear. Prices are ok.

Locatia arata foarte bine,mancare buna,atmosfera placuta. Recomand personalului sa nu refuze comenzi de bautura cu motivul”nu avem in meniu” daca toate ingredientele sunt listate!
