It's a good hotel well located but the double Deluxe room is really not worth it. For a higher price, you don't get the breakfast. The difference between the double Deluxe and the double Comfort is supposedly a bathtub and some higher amenities. However, the bathtub is not always included in the room and I had absolutely no amenities (apart from towels I had no bathrobe and no slippers).

I am traumatised for life! Hotel management DO NOT take fire safety seriously. Stayed at this hotel in October 2023 and now in November 2023. Oct I found both the fire exits blocked (see photos). Spoke with reception and informed my booking agent. Another hotel guest opened my room with his key card one morning as I was ironing my clothes. I was half naked. He was shocked and I was shocked. Spoke with the receptionist and she told me she doesn't know how this happened and changed my room key. Nov The fire alarm started on floor 5. I quickly went down the stairs via the fire exits. The fire exit door on ground floor was locked so I carried on down the stairs. Ended up in the basement where there are no exits! Thinking there's a real fire, I started to panic, I might be trapped there and burnt alive. Eventually, I went up the stairs one floor via a door which was opened, down the stairs, through a toilet and found the reception. The man at the reception told me there's no fire, that they are doing some work on the pipes so it's a false alarm. I went to my room shaking and crying. Even after the fire disaster in a nightclub a few years ago in Bucharest, property owners have not learnt that they HAVE TO take things like this seriously and make their buildings safe. I really hope they listen this time, because the hotel itself is good, rooms are very clean.

Worst hotel of my life: no privacy in the connected rooms, non-functional air conditioning, and the staff is rude when you point it out. I strongly advise against it.

A very modern, elegant hotel in the center of Bucharest with walking distance from many restaurants and bars !We had a perfect stay at Leonardo Hotel,amazing stuff, very friendly and ready to help,especially Dana from the reception .Many thanks!I definitely recommend it for a good time in Bucharest!

We ordered a room by booking.com , while we arrived the hotel told us that they do not have a room for us, at the middle of the night. They are doing over booking and booking.com doesn't help us about it.

Din păcate nu mai folosesc acest hotel si nici nul recomand. Nu deține standarde de 4* sub nici o forma.Absolut dezastru pt 4* Pozele vorbesc de la sine.
