Apa calda este cu program, până la 20:00 după se oprește, servirea în funcție de gradul de ocupare, de la slab la execrabil. Păcat de camere și locație.

This place is amazing. Booked here for one night and wanted to have a simple dinner with the family. The food was super tasty and now I want to get to eat here more often. Congrats to the chef and his team

Very nice hotel in the heart of Râșnov city. Great view of the citadel from the balcony. Their staff is very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is great as well. They also have a little playground for kids.

Lasă de dorit .😒 Am fost în luna iulie sa fac o comanda pentru un tort cu o poza și cele de la cofetărie au spus ca se poate când am ajuns după tort din păcate nu îmi făcuse poza , în august am fost sa fac o alta comanda tot pentru tort dar cele de la bucătărie din păcate au uitat de tortul meu și când m-am dus după el nu exista , iar luna aceasta am dat comanda de încă un tort sperând ca nu se va mai întâmpla vreo greșeală , dar nu mi-au respectat cerința tortului, i-am cerut un tort de 1,5kg și mi s-a făcut de 2,5 kg . Sigur nu o sa mai revenim ..... 😒👍

Ca sa fac o comparatie asupra personalului din acest hotel cu celelalte hoteluri din Romania, am de spus doar..Nu exista comparatie. Pentru prima data am gasit un personal de exceptie. Cinste patronului pentru fetele de la receptie. Un sfat pt manager: aveti grija de ele. Va multumesc pentru suport si amabilitate. Bravo!!!

Locatie super in centrul centrului Rasnovului. Cat am stat la hotel, nu s-a facut curat in camera / schimb lenjerie de pat in doua zile. Ospatarii te urmaresc la orice pas, in restul totul ok. As mai merge pentru locatie, dar in rest nu merita pretul cerut.

O locație minunata! Camerele sunt mari, paturi cu saltele confortabile și cel mai important au niște perne excelente(eu și soțul mereu nu suntem multumiți de perne🙈)dar aici sunt super. Restaurantul cu mâncare foarte buna, servire foarte amabila. Locul de joaca de afara este micuț dar suficient sa se joace copii. Locul de joaca din interior este mare și diversificat. Se primesc tichete de vacanta. Cofetăria are prăjituri și îngheață delicioase. Recomandat. Octombrie 2023

Un hotel de lux, camere spațioase,elegante, foarte curat, dotare de 5⭐, cu restaurant, sală de conferințe, cofetărie și loc de joacă pentru copii. Locația în centrul orașului, foarte aproape de multe obiecte de vizitat pe jos sau cu mașina la maxim 30 minute distanță.

We stayed in an appartment in the main hotel building, after changing it from an appartment on top of the bakery (new appartments, available this year) after the first night. Appartment on top of the bakery was noisy as we had very noisy neighbors talking until late in the night - noise bouncing from wall in front of their room. Also music from the restaurant (there are speakers all around the restaurant, even in the back where there are no tables) we heard (not loud) until almost 2 a.m. We moved in an appartment the next day which was on the opposite side of the main entrance/ restaurant. Next door neighbor had music all day long in their yard (not loud, but all day long), and talked loud evenings until late - which was not great. No air conditioning in the appartment at 3rd floor, so we had windows open all the time (it gets very warm in summer sun in second part of the day), and therefore noise all the time (not very loud, but almost all the time). (Similar appartments on the front of hotel, noise from restaurant - people talking/ music at the restaurant). Water faucet in both shower and sink were pretty clogged. We told this to reception and they acted surprised, and said next day they will solve (which they didn’t until we left for next 2 days). We had a request for a missing light bulb in the first room we stayed, and we were told next day as well. Other than that personnel was nice. Food at restaurant excellent. Location wonderful (as central as it gets) and parking always available on street (if not in front of hotel). Kid friendly, playground both outside and in restaurant. Breakfest - the best we had in Romania in any hotel. It gets a lot of things right, but attention to details is poor, and personnel acts surprised rather than supportive when faced with issues.
