We walked to the restaurant to have dinner, looked good based on reviews. We were told by reception we can eat, so we went and sat at the table, then went inside to ask for menus, only to be told that they cannot serve us in the evening, only if we are hotel guests. There was a large amount of empty tables, but despite me insisting, we had to go as the guy kept repeating they cannot do it. Rude and embarrassing, I would give 0 for service if it was possible. Doesnt matter what you serve, if you are rude with your potential customers
